Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking by using our contact page at any time.

Is there any cancellation charge?

If you cancel your pre booking job before 12 hours the journey, you will get your money refund but there will be £6 transaction charge apply. But if you cancel your journey after 12 hours the journey you made, all payment will be retained.

Can I book multi pick up and drop Opps?

Yes, you can book multi pick ups and drop Opps using our booking page to use add via.

Can you provide wheelchair accessible car?

No, we do not have wheelchair accessible car as none of our has lift or ramps in the car. However, if your wheelchair is folded and if you can manage to seat in the car then we can put the wheelchair in the boot.

How can I find my Driver at the Airport?

You can find your Driver at the Airport pick up point. If you book meet and greet service, then your driver will wait at the meet and greet point holding your name at the signpost.

What happened if my flight arrived late?

You don not need to warry if your flight late as we can monitor your flight. Any airport picks up we always monitor your flight.

What happened if cannot find my Driver?

If you cannot find your Driver at the pickup point or meet & greet service, then you can contact us, and we will assist you. In most cases the Driver will contact you

What happened if my mobile phone does not work in UK Airport?

If your mobile does not work in UK and you want to contact with us, you can save our free phone number and call us on +44(0) 2078983456. We can help to find your Driver.
